For each interruption, ask how the complete assembly manages drainage and other required functions. Different wall systems can use different strategies. The answer must belong to the specified assembly and project.

Review the installed condition
Capture the relevant view before cladding conceals it. Match the photograph to a drawing reference and retain any accepted deviation. A cavity width measurement alone cannot establish complete assembly performance.
A junction coordination study
Concept example: a service conduit crosses behind cladding. The reviewer asks for the coordinated route and required clearances rather than accepting an unexplained obstruction on the field photograph.
Use the result
Keep the completed review with the relevant project record. Assign unresolved items before relying on a conclusion. If the material, condition or document changes, revisit the affected questions.
