Information and purpose
When enabled, the inquiry form collects the contact details, material question and optional SMS preference you choose to submit. We use them to respond and coordinate material fulfillment through Ipe Woods USA. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
Planning tools
Worksheet inputs remain in the current browser page and are cleared on reload. Exported files are created on your device; you control their storage and sharing. The site does not upload supplier documents or maintain your worksheets as a permanent archive.
Service providers and security
Sites hosting and its infrastructure providers process requests needed to serve the website. Enabled inquiries are transmitted server-to-server to the Ipe Woods USA CRM on Base44. Administrative credentials are encrypted and are not returned to the browser. No security measure eliminates every risk.
Retention
This site retains a request fingerprint, random reference, delivery state and timestamp for duplicate prevention, not the contact message itself. Receipt entries older than 30 days are removed when intake next processes a request; this is activity-triggered cleanup, not a guaranteed deletion schedule. Rate-limit entries are short-lived. CRM records follow the operator’s business retention and applicable legal obligations; this page does not promise automatic CRM deletion.
Your choices
Use the tools without an inquiry. SMS consent is optional and separate. For access, correction, deletion requests or privacy questions, contact help@ipewoods.com or the dedicated number shown on this site. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required.
Other records
Hosting providers may retain technical access and security logs under their policies. We do not intentionally put contact payloads or credentials in application logs. Administrator sign-in is handled by the hosting platform. No advertising tracking is added by this application.
