Map the boundary
Mark each transition on the elevation and give it a stable identifier. A base, opening head and inside corner are different interfaces even when the same board runs through all three. Keep separate records so one resolved condition does not conceal another.

Name the functions
For each boundary, note which water-control, air-control, movement and attachment functions cross it. Record the adjacent product and drawing revision. The finished appearance alone will not tell you whether the concealed layers connect.

Assign a review owner
Put a person or trade against each unanswered interface question. Ask for a coordinated response showing both sides of the junction. An isolated product detail can be accurate for that product and still omit the neighboring work.
A junction coordination study
Concept example: W-03 is a wood-to-window jamb; W-04 is the head above it. The jamb record asks about movement and reveal continuity. The head record asks where water exits. The team closes neither record merely because the window shop drawing has been received.
Use the result
Keep the completed review with the relevant project record. Assign unresolved items before relying on a conclusion. If the material, condition or document changes, revisit the affected questions.
