Split the perimeter into records
Give the sill, jamb and head individual references. At the lower corner, note where their functions meet. Avoid signing off the entire perimeter when only one segment has a documented response.

Record window system, cladding profile, trim, membranes and sealants as separate items. For each connection, request the applicable manufacturer information and design response. A generic material name is not a compatibility statement.

Review the corner sequence
Ask which component is installed first and what evidence will remain visible. If a corner detail is revised, check both adjoining records rather than changing a dimension in one view only.
